  • Longitudinally analyse the mental health and well-being of approximately 6,000 employees of an international company established in 13 countries, assessing the following dimensions: depression, anxiety, well-being, burnout, work-life balance, parental stress, telework, financial well-being, and psychological security;
  • To co-develop strategies and initiatives to promote the health and well-being of employees.
